Service Agreement
OSO ARUBA TOURS will at all times supply a professional and safe service. All of our drivers are experienced drivers. Vehicles will be clean and presentable for all Jeep tours. OSO ARUBA TOURS promises to accommodate special requests where possible. Age restriction: 6 years - 80 years (if you can physically get into a Jeep Wrangler, we can accommodate you). We can accommodate younger children; however, car seats/booster seats will need to be hired in.
Payment 50% Deposit on confirmation of the tour, 50% on the day before the tour commences. Tours can be postponed up to 15 days before the tour commences with no penalties. If we can accommodate changes without any charges closer to the time, we will assist where suppliers accommodate us.
Cancellations 50% deposit will be forfeited if the tour is cancelled within 15 days of the booking date. Where possible, refunds will be issued based on outsourced suppliers. Jeep Tours can commence with tours in most weather conditions. Rain, cold, or windy weather will be with the roof on, on all Jeeps. Jeeps are fitted with soft tops, and Jeeps will be closed during tours where the weather takes a turn for the worst. We will try and accommodate passengers needs where possible w.r.t. Open or closed Jeep preferences.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by OSO ARUBA TOURS is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, OSO ARUBA TOURS goes to every endeavor to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
30 days cancellation before arrival: 100% refund
29 – 15 days cancellation before arrival: 75% refund
14 – 4 days cancellation before arrival: 50% refund
3 days-24 hrs cancellation before arrival: 0% refund
Customer privacy policy
OSO ARUBA TOURS shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the OSO ARUBA TOURS bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Responsibility
OSO ARUBA TOURS takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
